The Appleton East Patriots triumphed over the visiting Oshkosh North Spartans baseball squad by a score of 11-1 in Thursday's league outing.
Next up, the Patriots battle the Kaukauna Galloping Ghosts (Kaukauna, WI) in a Fox Valley Association outing, on Monday, May 19. Appleton East will attempt to advance on its 11-5 season record. The Galloping Ghosts come into the outing with a 9-6 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Pulaski (Pulaski, WI).
The Spartans (6-11) will now prepare for their outing against Fond du Lac (Fond du Lac, WI). The Cardinals come into the Fox Valley Association outing with a 11-7 record.
