In Thursday's league game, the host De Soto Pirates baseball team scored a nice 11-1 win over the Wauzeka-Steuben Hornets.

The Pirates (9-9) will now prepare for their game against La Farge (La Farge, WI). The Wildcats go into the Ridge & Valley game with a 1-14 record.

Next, the Hornets play the Kickapoo Panthers (Viola, WI) in a Ridge & Valley contest, on Monday, May 19. Wauzeka-Steuben will attempt to move on its 2-14 season record.
