In Thursday's league game, the host Forest Park Bruins baseball team scored a nice 10-0 win over the Hylton Bulldogs.
The Bruins (11-11) will now prepare for their game against Woodbridge (Woodbridge, VA). The Vikings go into the Cardinal game with a 14-9 record. In their last game, Woodbridge was overwhelmed by Battlefield (Haymarket, VA), 5-1, in a non-league game.
Next, the Bulldogs play the Charles J. Colgan Sharks (Manassas, VA) in a Cardinal game, on Friday, May 16. Hylton will attempt to improve on its 8-10 season record. The Sharks go into the game with a 17-3 record after their 14-4 league win over Potomac Senior (Dumfries, VA).
