The Orange County Fighting Hornets baseball squad (Orange, VA), was overwhelmed 6-2 in Thursday's league contest with the host Goochland Bulldogs (Goochland, VA)
With the triumph, Goochland moves its record to 8-9 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Western Albemarle (Crozet, VA) to confront the Warriors in a Jefferson contest on Friday, May 16. The Warriors come into the contest with a record of 10-5. Western Albemarle lost 4-2 in their recent league contest against Fluvanna County (Palmyra, VA)
The Fighting Hornets now possess a 7-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Monticello for a Jefferson contest on Tuesday, May 20.
