Princeton Tigers (Princeton, MO) fans left the game pleased Thursday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host Grundy County Panthers (Galt, MO), 13-6 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Princeton advances its record to 13-14 on the season. The Tigers travel to Green City (Green City, MO) to battle the Gophers in a Class 1 District 14 match on Friday, May 16. The Gophers come into the match with a record of 18-6. Green City lost 1-0 in their recent non-league match against Putnam County (Unionville, MO)

The Panthers now have a 1-5 record.
