Virginia High School Baseball - James Wood edges Millbrook

In Thursday's league game, the visiting James Wood Colonels baseball team scored a close 4-2 win over the Millbrook Pioneers.
The Colonels (15-3) will now prepare for their game against Handley (Winchester, VA). The Judges go into the Northwestern game with a 5-12 record. In their last game, Handley by Skyline (Front Royal, VA), 2-1, in a league game.
Next, the Pioneers play the Sherando Warriors (Stephens City, VA) in a Northwestern game, on Tuesday, May 20. Millbrook will attempt to improve on its 6-12 season record. The Warriors go into the game with a 13-7 record after their 3-2 league loss to Liberty (Bealeton, VA).
