The University of Detroit Jesuit Cubs lacrosse team (Detroit, MI), was overwhelmed 9-4 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Grosse Pointe South Blue Devils (Grosse Pointe, MI)
With the victory, Grosse Pointe South advances its record to 9-6 on the season.
The Cubs now sport a 1-16 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to L'Anse Creuse North for a non-league battle on Thursday, May 15. University of Detroit Jesuit will encounter a Crusaders team coming off a 13-12 non-league loss to Anchor Bay (Fair Haven, MI). The Crusaders record now stands at 10-5.
