Ohio High School Softball - Bellefontaine bounces Bath

In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting Bellefontaine Chieftains softball team scored a nice 9-1 win over the Bath Wildcats.
The Chieftains (8-15) will now prepare for their match against Tecumseh (New Carlisle, OH). The Arrows come into the Central Buckeye - Kenton Trail match with a 6-13 record.
In their next game, the Wildcats battle the Bryan Golden Bears (Bryan, OH) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, May 20. Bath will attempt to improve on its 6-11 season record. The Golden Bears enter the contest with a 13-4 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Otsego (Tontogany, OH).
