South Dakota High School Softball - McCook Central/Montrose bounces Colman-Egan

In Thursday's league match, the host McCook Central/Montrose Fighting Cougars softball team scored a nice 18-7 victory over the Colman-Egan C-E Hawks.

The Fighting Cougars (8-8) will now prepare for their match against Parkston (Parkston, SD). The Trojans go into the non-league match with a 2-10 record.

In their next game, the C-E Hawks battle the Deuel Cardinals (Clear Lake, SD) in a Class B match, on Friday, May 16. Colman-Egan will attempt to better on its 6-12 season record.
