The Fisher Catholic Irish triumphed over the visiting Northside Christian Lions softball squad by a count of 26-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Irish meet the Millersport Lakers (Millersport, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, May 19. Fisher Catholic will attempt to upgrade on its 17-5 season record. The Lakers enter the challenge with a 17-6 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Madison Christian (Groveport, OH).
The Lions (4-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Hamilton Township (Columbus, OH). The Rangers enter the non-league challenge with a 4-21 record. In their last challenge, Hamilton Township was routed by New Albany (New Albany, OH), 9-5, in a non-league challenge.
