In Thursday's non-league match, the host Glenelg Gladiators softball team scored a tight 6-4 win over the Middletown Knights.
The Gladiators (13-3) will now prepare for their match against Damascus (Damascus, MD). The Hornets come into the non-league match with a 15-3 record. In their last match, Damascus nipped Centennial (Ellicott City, MD), 13-3, in a non-league match.
