The Hopkins Vikings softball team scored 12 runs and held the visiting Parchment Panthers to 6 in the Vikings non-league win on Thursday.

The Vikings now sport a 15-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fruitport for a non-league battle on Saturday, May 17. Hopkins will confront a Trojans team coming off a 17-4 non-league win over Montague (Montague, MI). The Trojans record now stands at 14-2.

With the loss, Parchment moves to 9-8 on the season. The Panthers travel to Martin (Martin, MI) to confront the Clippers in a non-league battle on Saturday, May 17. The Clippers come into the battle with a record of 4-8.
