New York High School Softball - Lewiston-Porter bounces Lockport

In Thursday's league match, the visiting Lewiston-Porter Lancers softball team scored a tight 19-12 victory over the Lockport Lions.
The Lancers (4-7) will now prepare for their match against Kenmore West (Buffalo, NY). The Blue Devils go into the Section 6 Niagara - Frontier match with a 9-6 record. In their last match, Kenmore West tipped North Tonawanda (North Tonawanda, NY), 4-2, in a league match.
In their next game, the Lions battle the Niagara Falls Wolverines (Niagara Falls, NY) in a Section 6 Niagara - Frontier match, on Friday, May 16. Lockport will attempt to better on its 3-6 season record. The Wolverines go into the match with a 6-3 record after their 1-0 league loss to Kenmore West (Buffalo, NY).
