The New Lothrop Hornets baseball team scored 20 runs and limited the visiting Byron Eagles to 3 in the Hornets league victory on Monday.
The Hornets (24-1) will now prepare for their match against Byron (Byron, MI). The Eagles go into the Mid-Michigan match with a 3-2 record.
The Eagles (3-4) will now prepare for their match against New Lothrop (New Lothrop, MI). The Hornets go into the Mid-Michigan match with a 22-1 record. In their last match, New Lothrop ran past Frankenmuth (Frankenmuth, MI), 12-2, in a non-league match.
