The Bloom Blazing Trojan held off the host Rich Township Raptors volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Monday's non-league test.

The Blazing Trojan now have a 9-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Oak Lawn for a non-league test on Monday, May 23. Bloom will confront a Spartans team coming off a 2-0 league win over Oak Forest (Oak Forest, IL). The Spartans record now stands at 19-14.

The Raptors (0-15) will now prepare for their test against Homewood-Flossmoor (Flossmoor, IL). The Vikings enter the non-league test with a 18-9 record. In their last test, Homewood-Flossmoor was nudged by Lincoln-Way West (New Lenox, IL), 2-0, in a league test.
