In Monday's league test, the visiting Marblehead Magicians lacrosse squad scored a good 17-4 victory over the Peabody Veterans Memorial Tanners.
The Magicians now have a 8-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Swampscott for a Northeastern test on Thursday, May 19. Marblehead will face a Big Blue squad coming off a 21-0 league win over Salem (Salem, MA). The Big Blue record now stands at 7-6.
In their next game, the Tanners face the Gloucester Fishermen (Gloucester, MA) in a Northeastern test, on Thursday, May 19. Peabody Veterans Memorial will attempt to move on its 8-6 season record.
