Orange County Fighting Hornets (Orange, VA) supporters were pleased Monday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Goochland Bulldogs (Goochland, VA), 6-4 in a league challenge.

Next, the Fighting Hornets confront the Western Albemarle Warriors (Crozet, VA) in a Jefferson challenge, on Thursday, May 19. Orange County will attempt to move on its 10-4 season record. The Warriors enter the challenge with a 13-2 record after their 4-1 league win over Monticello (Charlottesville, VA).

The Bulldogs now possess a 4-12 record. They take the field next when they travel to Louisa County for a Jefferson challenge on Wednesday, May 18. Goochland will confront a Lions team coming off a 6-0 league loss to Albemarle (Charlottesville, VA). The Lions record now stands at 0-15.
