In Monday's league outing, the visiting Madison-Grant Argylls softball team scored a nice 11-0 win over the Blackford Bruins.

Coming up next, the Argylls battle the Yorktown Tigers (Yorktown, IN) in a non-league outing, on Wednesday, May 18. Madison-Grant will attempt to upgrade on its 18-4 season record. The Tigers enter the outing with a 19-2 record after their 22-0 non-league win over Hamilton Heights (Arcadia, IN).

The Bruins (5-10) will now prepare for their outing against South Adams (Berne, IN). The Starfires enter the non-league outing with a 10-11 record. In their last outing, South Adams ran past Southern Wells (Poneto, IN), 21-2, in a league outing.
