In Monday's non-league outing, the visiting Daleville Broncos softball team scored a nice 11-3 win over the Tri-Central Trojans.
With the triumph, Daleville moves its record to 5-7 on the year. The Broncos host Eastern Hancock (Charlottesville, IN) to play the Royals in a Mid-Eastern contest on Tuesday, May 17. The Royals come into the contest with a record of 15-4. Eastern Hancock lost 3-1 in their recent non-league contest against Pendleton Heights (Pendleton, IN)
In their next game, the Trojans play the Clinton Prairie Gophers (Frankfort, IN) in a Hoosier Heartland contest, on Tuesday, May 17. Tri-Central will attempt to move on its 1-12 season record. The Gophers come into the contest with a 2-16 record after their 7-6 non-league loss to Bethesda Christian (Brownsburg, IN).
