Massachusetts High School Baseball - Pittsfield loses to Taconic

In Tuesday's league game, the visiting Taconic Braves baseball team scored a tight 4-0 victory over the Pittsfield Generals.

The Braves (14-2) will now prepare for their contest against Southwick Regional (Southwick, MA). The Rams enter the non-league contest with a 11-5 record. In their last contest, Southwick Regional held off Palmer (Palmer, MA), 10-0, in a league contest.

The Generals now sport a 9-7 record. They take the field next when they host Monument Mountain for a Berkshire County contest on Wednesday, May 17. Pittsfield will play a Spartans squad coming off a 13-0 non-league win over Granby (Granby, MA). The Spartans record now stands at 14-2.
