Illinois High School Volleyball - Hononegah over Guilford

The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Hononegah Indians (Rockton, IL) and the host Guilford Vikings (Rockford, IL), saw Hononegah's volleyball squad beat Guilford by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Hononegah upgrades its record to 28-6 on the year. The Indians travel to Rockford East (Rockford, IL) to play the E-Rabs in a Northern Illinois NIC-10 bout on Thursday, May 18. The E-Rabs go into the bout with a record of 13-10. Rockford East lost 2-1 in their recent league bout against Jefferson (Rockford, IL)

The Vikings now own a 8-7 record. They play next when they travel to Belvidere for a Northern Illinois NIC-10 bout on Thursday, May 18. Guilford will play a Bucs squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Rockford Auburn (Rockford, IL). The Bucs record now stands at 2-19.
