Addison Trail Blazers (Addison, IL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Hinsdale South Hornets (Darien, IL), 12-0 in a league challenge.

The Blazers now own a 18-7 record. They take the field next when they host Berwyn/Cicero Morton for a West Suburban - Gold challenge on Wednesday, May 17. Addison Trail will battle a Mustangs squad coming off a 15-0 league loss to Downers Grove South (Downers Grove, IL). The Mustangs record now stands at 6-16.

With the loss, Hinsdale South falls to 6-15 on the campaign. The Hornets travel to Leyden (Franklin Park, IL) to confront the Eagles in a West Suburban - Gold bout on Wednesday, May 17. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 12-8. Leyden won 16-0 in their recent league bout against Proviso East (Maywood, IL)
