With the triumph, Big Rapids improves its record to 12-1 on the year. The Cardinals host Newaygo (Newaygo, MI) to clash with the Lions in a Central State Activities Association-Gold game on Tuesday, May 23. The Lions come into the game with a record of 15-9. In their next game, the Wildcats clash with the Carson City-Crystal Eagles (Carson City, MI) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, May 17. Lakeview will attempt to improve on its 7-9 season record.
