Montana High School Softball - Sentinel Capital

Sentinel Spartans (Missoula, MT) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Capital Bruins (Helena, MT), 7-4 in a league challenge.

The Spartans now sport a 12-6 record. They take the field next when they host Helena for a AA Western challenge on Thursday, May 18. Sentinel will face a Bengals squad coming off a 11-0 league win over Big Sky (Missoula, MT). The Bengals record now stands at 15-2.

With the loss, Capital falls to 12-5 on the campaign. The Bruins travel to Big Sky (Missoula, MT) to face the Eagles in a AA Western challenge on Thursday, May 18. The Eagles enter the challenge with a record of 9-6. Big Sky lost 11-0 in their recent league challenge against Helena (Helena, MT)
