The Floyd County Buffaloes softball team (Floyd, VA), was routed 4-1 in Tuesday's league test with the host James River Knights (Buchanan, VA)

Coming up next, the Knights encounter the Glenvar Highlanders (Salem, VA) in a Three Rivers test, on Thursday, May 18. James River will attempt to improve on its 18-1 season record. The Highlanders come into the test with a 7-12 record after their 11-2 league loss to Alleghany (Covington, VA).
