The Lakeshore Lancers crushed the visiting Central Bearcats baseball team by a count of 18-0 in Thursday's league bout.
The Lancers now possess a 14-10 record. They take the field next when they host Central for a Southwestern Michigan - East bout on Thursday, May 16. Lakeshore will face a Bearcats team coming off a 15-0 non-league loss to Maple Valley (Vermontville, MI). The Bearcats record now stands at 3-19.
Next, the Bearcats face the Lakeshore Lancers (Stevensville, MI) in a Southwestern Michigan - West bout, on Thursday, May 16. Central will attempt to move on its 3-21 season record. The Lancers enter the bout with a 12-10 record after their 11-1 league win over St. Joseph (St. Joseph, MI).
