The White Mountains Spartans baseball team scored 5 runs and limited the visiting Gilford Golden Eagles to 4 in the Spartans league victory on Thursday.
The Spartans (12-2) will now prepare for their match against Woodsville (Woodsville, NH). The Engineers go into the non-league match with a 14-1 record.
The Golden Eagles (8-5) will now prepare for their match against Monadnock (East Swanzey, NH). The Huskies go into the Division III match with a 15-2 record. In their last match, Monadnock tipped Fall Mountain (Langdon, NH), 11-1, in a league match.
