Morrisville-Eaton Warriors (Morrisville, NY) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Stockbridge Valley Indians (Munnsville, NY), 18-3 in a non-league challenge.

The Warriors now own a 10-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Town of Webb for a Section 3 Center State III challenge on Friday, May 17. Morrisville-Eaton will battle a Eskimos squad coming off a 20-5 league loss to Hamilton (Hamilton, NY). The Eskimos record now stands at 0-8.

With the loss, Stockbridge Valley falls to 9-3 on the campaign. The Indians host Poland (Poland, NY) to battle the Tornadoes in a non-league challenge on Saturday, May 18. The Tornadoes enter the challenge with a record of 7-7.
