Sebeka Trojans (Sebeka, MN) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Pillager Huskies (Pillager, MN), 12-3 in a league challenge.

The Trojans now own a 10-6 record. They take the field next when they host Cass Lake-Bena for a non-league challenge on Monday, May 20. Sebeka will face a Panthers squad coming off a 16-0 non-league win over Hill City/Northland (Hill City, MN). The Panthers record now stands at 1-8.

With the loss, Pillager moves to 0-16 on the season. The Huskies host Menahga (Menahga, MN) to face the Braves in a Park Region match on Friday, May 17. The Braves go into the match with a record of 10-5. Menahga won 8-2 in their recent non-league match against Park Rapids (Park Rapids, MN)
