The Sauquoit Valley Indians softball team scored 6 runs and limited the host Westmoreland Bulldogs to 4 in the Indians league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, Sauquoit Valley improves its record to 4-10 on the year. The Indians travel to Proctor (Utica, NY) to clash with the Raiders in a non-league game on Saturday, May 18. The Raiders come into the game with a record of 4-14. Proctor lost 17-3 in their recent league game against Whitesboro (Marcy, NY)

In their next game, the Bulldogs clash with the Little Falls Mounties (Little Falls, NY) in a non-league game, on Friday, May 17. Westmoreland will attempt to improve on its 10-7 season record. The Mounties come into the game with a 6-10 record after their 6-5 league loss to Herkimer (Herkimer, NY).
