The Katahdin Cougars (Sherman Station, ME) baseball the host Fort Kent Warriors (Fort Kent, ME), 7-3 in Friday's non-league challenge.
The Cougars now own a 5-0 record. They take the field next when they host Hodgdon for a Class D North challenge on Monday, May 19. Katahdin will clash with a Hawks team coming off a 7-5 league win over Wisdom (St. Agatha, ME). The Hawks record now stands at 4-3.
With the defeat, Fort Kent drops to 2-4 on the year. The Warriors host Fort Fairfield (Fort Fairfield, ME) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Monday, May 19. The Tigers go into the challenge with a record of 5-0. Fort Fairfield won 10-2 in their recent league challenge against Southern Aroostook (Dyer Brook, ME)
