New York High School Baseball - La Salle Institute defeats Niskayuna

The La Salle Institute Cadets (Troy, NY) baseball trounced the host Niskayuna Silver Warriors (Niskayuna, NY), 9-3 in Friday's non-league challenge.
The Cadets now own a 15-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ichabod Crane for a Section 2 Colonial challenge on Monday, May 19. La Salle Institute will clash with a Riders team coming off a 14-8 league win over Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk (Ravena, NY). The Riders record now stands at 15-2.
With the defeat, Niskayuna drops to 13-6 on the year. The Silver warriors host South Glens Falls (South Glens Falls, NY) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Monday, May 19. The Bulldogs go into the challenge with a record of 11-7.
