The Panthers (6-9) will now prepare for their challenge against University (Newark, NJ). The Phoenix come into the SEC - Independence challenge with a 0-8 record. In their last challenge, University lost by KIPP Newark Lab (Newark, NJ), 2-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Roughriders play the Arts Jaguars (Newark, NJ) in a SEC - Independence bout, on Saturday, May 17. West Side will attempt to better on its 1-8 season record. The Jaguars come into the bout with a 9-8 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Newark Central (Newark, NJ).
