Hononegah Indians (Rockton, IL) supporters left the game pleased Friday as they saw their softball squad thwart the host Harlem Huskies (Machesney Park, IL), 17-8 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Hononegah improves its record to 10-2 on the year. The Indians travel to Freeport (Freeport, IL) to play the Pretzels in a non-league game on Thursday, May 22. The Pretzels enter the game with a record of 1-4.

The Huskies now hold a 4-7 record. They play next when they travel to Rockford Auburn for a non-league game on Monday, May 19. Harlem will play a Knights squad coming off a 33-6 non-league loss to Freeport (Freeport, IL). The Knights record now stands at 0-4.
