The crowd at Friday's non-league battle between the Mio-Au Sable Thunderbolts (Mio, MI) and the host Oscoda Owls (Oscoda, MI), witnessed Mio-Au Sable's baseball team knock off Oscoda by a count of 9-4.
The Thunderbolts now own a 2-1 record.
With the defeat, Oscoda drops to 3-2 on the year. The Owls travel to Houghton Lake (Houghton Lake, MI) to clash with the Bobcats in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, May 21. The Bobcats go into the challenge with a record of 5-3.
