Ohio High School Softball - LaBrae edges Crestview

May 16, 2025: Leavittsburg, OH 44430

The crowd at Friday's league bout between the LaBrae Vikings (Leavittsburg, OH) and the visiting Crestview Rebels (Columbiana, OH), observed LaBrae's softball team get by Crestview by a tally of 7-5.

The Vikings (20-6) will now prepare for their bout against Girard (Girard, OH). The Indians go into the non-league bout with a 12-13 record. In their last bout, Girard by Liberty (Youngstown, OH), 9-5, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Rebels battle the Mineral Ridge Rams (Mineral Ridge, OH) in a non-league bout, on Monday, May 19. Crestview will attempt to advance on its 13-10 season record. The Rams go into the bout with a 18-8 record after their 11-6 non-league loss to Pymatuning Valley (Andover, OH).
