Ohio High School Softball - Mineral Ridge Pymatuning Valley

Pymatuning Valley Lakers (Andover, OH) backers left the game pleased Friday as they saw their softball squad nudge the visiting Mineral Ridge Rams (Mineral Ridge, OH), 11-6 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Pymatuning Valley upgrades its record to 14-7 on the year. The Lakers travel to Jefferson Area (Jefferson, OH) to play the Falcons in a non-league game on Saturday, May 17. The Falcons enter the game with a record of 13-11. Jefferson Area won 16-0 in their recent non-league game against Struthers (Struthers, OH)

The Rams now own a 18-8 record. They play next when they host Crestview for a non-league game on Monday, May 19. Mineral Ridge will play a Rebels squad coming off a 7-5 league loss to LaBrae (Leavittsburg, OH). The Rebels record now stands at 13-10.
