Spectators at Tuesday's league battle between the Loyalsock Township Lancers (Williamsport, PA) and the visiting Southern Columbia Area Tigers (Catawissa, PA), saw Loyalsock Township's baseball squad edge Southern Columbia Area by a count of 12-11.

Coming up next, the Lancers play the South Williamsport Mountaineers (South Williamsport, PA) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, May 18. Loyalsock Township will attempt to move on its 13-6 season record. The Mountaineers enter the battle with a 13-5 record after their 9-2 non-league win over Mansfield (Mansfield, PA).

The Tigers now possess a 10-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Line Mountain for a non-league battle on Wednesday, May 18. Southern Columbia Area will play a Eagles squad coming off a 4-2 league win over Upper Dauphin Area (Elizabethville, PA). The Eagles record now stands at 11-8.
