The Dan River Wildcats held off the host Martinsville Bulldogs soccer squad by a margin of 4-3 in Tuesday's non-league match.
The Wildcats now sport a 5-8 record. They play next when they host Nelson County for a Dogwood match on Wednesday, May 18. Dan River will encounter a Governors squad coming off a 1-0 league loss to Appomattox County (Appomattox, VA). The Governors record now stands at 6-6.
