Borrego Springs Rams (Borrego Springs, CA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Bonsall Legionnaires (Bonsall, CA), 18-13 in a non-league challenge.

The Rams now sport a 11-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Foothills Christian for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, May 18. Borrego Springs will face a Knights squad coming off a 8-4 league win over Maranatha Christian (San Diego, CA). The Knights record now stands at 16-1.

With the loss, Bonsall moves to 11-5 on the season.
