The Grant Community Bulldogs (Fox Lake, IL) softball triumphed over the visiting Grayslake North Knights (Grayslake, IL), 16-5 in Tuesday's league challenge.
The Bulldogs now sport a 17-11 record. They take the field next when they host Wauconda for a Northern Lake County challenge on Thursday, May 19.
With the loss, Grayslake North falls to 8-7 on the campaign. The Knights host Antioch (Antioch, IL) to face the Sequoits in a Northern Lake County challenge on Thursday, May 19. The Sequoits enter the challenge with a record of 23-3. Antioch won 10-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Prairie Ridge (Crystal Lake, IL)
