The Metcalfe County Hornets routed the visiting Hart County Raiders softball squad by a count of 14-4 in Tuesday's non-league battle.

The Raiders now sport a 1-14 record. They play next when they travel to Glasgow for a non-league battle on Thursday, May 19. Hart County will meet a Scotties squad coming off a 21-1 non-league win over Warren Central (Bowling Green, KY). The Scotties record now stands at 10-12.
