The Norwich Free Academy Wildcats the visiting Killingly Redmen softball squad by a final score of 6-2 in Tuesday's non-league battle.
The Wildcats (11-7) will now prepare for their battle against Hand (Madison, CT). The Tigers go into the non-league battle with a 11-7 record. In their last battle, Hand nudged Branford (Branford, CT), 18-4, in a non-league battle.
The Redmen now possess a 7-11 record. They play next when they travel to Fitch for a non-league battle on Thursday, May 19. Killingly will meet a Falcons squad coming off a 8-6 non-league loss to Stonington (Stonington, CT). The Falcons record now stands at 8-6.
