Indiana High School Softball - North Central bounces Shakamak

The North Central Thunderbirds routed the visiting Shakamak Lakers softball squad by a final score of 13-3 in Tuesday's league battle.

The Thunderbirds (9-14) will now prepare for their battle against Sullivan (Sullivan, IN). The Golden Arrows go into the non-league battle with a 22-5 record. In their last battle, Sullivan was routed by Bedford North Lawrence (Bedford, IN), 11-1, in a non-league battle.

The Lakers now possess a 2-18 record. They play next when they travel to Edgewood for a Western Indiana battle on Thursday, May 19. Shakamak will meet a Mustangs squad coming off a 6-5 league loss to North Putnam (Roachdale, IN). The Mustangs record now stands at 12-13.
