Pennsylvania High School Softball - West Middlesex falls to Sharpsville

In Tuesday's league outing, the host Sharpsville Blue Devils softball team scored a nice 9-0 win over the West Middlesex Big Reds.

Coming up next, the Blue Devils battle the Franklin Knights (Franklin, PA) in a non-league outing, on Wednesday, May 18. Sharpsville will attempt to upgrade on its 12-2 season record. The Knights enter the outing with a 17-1 record after their 7-5 league win over Hickory (Hermitage, PA).

The Big Reds (6-6) will now prepare for their outing against Reynolds (Greenville, PA). The Raiders enter the District 10 Region 1 outing with a 15-2 record. In their last outing, Reynolds ran past Wilmington (New Wilmington, PA), 11-0, in a league outing.
