Pennsylvania High School Baseball - North Pocono loses to Abington Heights

May 17, 2023: Covington Township, PA 18444

The Abington Heights Comets baseball team scored 8 runs and limited the host North Pocono Trojans to 2 in the Comets league victory on Wednesday.

The Comets (12-6) will now prepare for their match against Lakeland (Jermyn, PA). The Chiefs go into the non-league match with a 9-9 record. In their last match, Lakeland edged Western Wayne (Lake Ariel, PA), 11-1, in a league match.

The Trojans (16-2) will now prepare for their match against Scranton Prep (Scranton, PA). The Cavaliers go into the Lackawanna 1 match with a 10-7 record. In their last match, Scranton Prep was overwhelmed by Wallenpaupack Area (Hawley, PA), 4-0, in a league match.
