The Gray Collegiate Academy War Eagles (West Columbia, SC) baseball nipped the host Mid-Carolina Rebels (Prosperity, SC), 4-3 in Wednesday's non-league contest.

Coming up next, the War Eagles play the Oceanside Collegiate Academy Landsharks (Mt. Pleasant, SC) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, May 20. Gray Collegiate Academy will attempt to better on its 14-6 season record. The Landsharks enter the contest with a 26-5 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Andrew Jackson (Kershaw, SC).

The Rebels now sport a 18-3 record.
