The Winthrop Vikings baseball team (Winthrop, MA), was tipped 5-4 in Wednesday's non-league outing with the visiting Saugus Sachems (Saugus, MA)

The Sachems now hold a 3-15 record. They take the field next when they host Swampscott for a non-league outing on Friday, May 19. Saugus will clash with a Big Blue team coming off a 6-4 league loss to Marblehead (Marblehead, MA). The Big Blue record now stands at 2-14.
