The Arlington Spy Ponders volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Wakefield Memorial Warriors to 0 in the Spy Ponders league victory on Wednesday.
The Spy Ponders now have a 9-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Westford Academy for a non-league game on Friday, May 19. Arlington will meet a Grey Ghosts team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Boston Latin (Boston, MA). The Grey Ghosts record now stands at 3-10.
The Warriors (2-12) will now prepare for their game against Malden (Malden, MA). The Golden Tornados enter the non-league game with a 12-5 record. In their last game, Malden gained a win over Lynn English (Lynn, MA), 3-0, in a non-league game.
