The Charles J. Colgan Sharks lacrosse team scored 21 points and held the visiting Forest Park Bruins to 1 in the Sharks league win on Wednesday.
The Sharks (15-0) will now prepare for their match against Freedom (South Riding, VA). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 7-8 record. In their last contest, Freedom was overwhelmed by John Champe (Aldie, VA), 17-9, in a league contest.
The Bruins now own a 7-8 record. They play next when they host Colonial Forge for a non-league contest on Friday, May 19. Forest Park will confront a Eagles squad coming off a 13-11 league loss to Stafford (Falmouth, VA). The Eagles record now stands at 11-5.
